Small Orion Mosaic

  • A relatively quick mosaic in the Orion constellation. This image includes several nebulae, notably M78, the Horsehead nebula, the Flame nebula and the Orion Nebula. With just over 3 hours for each frame, I am impressed with the quality. Nevertheless, I was really hoping for more time on each frame, but the weather was a major limitation.

  • 120 gain, 30 offset, -20°C, 1x1 bin
